We accept payment by check or money order and also offer an online portal where all major credit cards can be used.

 Your security deposit will hold the apartment until your move-in date and will cover any unpaid balance after you move out.

After the satisfaction of your lease term, as long as our valued residents give a 60-day notice and return the apartment home in the same condition that they received it, security deposits are refundable after covering any outstanding charges due.

You’ll get the best deposit refund possible by abiding by your lease and our community guidelines.

Our floor plans are spacious and accommodate almost any size of furniture. In the event that you have one or more pieces you want to make sure will fit in your new home, please reach out to our leasing office. We are happy to provide the measurements of your new space.

We want you to feel at home at The Reserve on 29th.  We allow residents to hang pictures and mount TVs as long the walls are repaired before moving out.
